With 2023 being the year that we celebrate our 60th Birthday, we thought it was only right to highlight this significant milestone by celebrating the incredible team that have been with us throughout our journey.
Last Friday, the celebrations began at All Bar One and Director, Mike Burrows, thanked us all for coming and acknowledged that the company’s success is rooted in our dedicated team. Jim Burrows, our Chairman, cut the 60th-anniversary cake and shared some stories about our history, highlighting key moments throughout the last 60 years.
The team- of over 50 of us- then descended to The Riddle Rooms and divided into teams, mixing colleagues from different departments to take on a variety of challenges, which were all a hit! Most of the team managed to escape, some with just seconds to spare!
After working up an appetite, we all headed to Amarone for a delicious meal and colleagues had the opportunity to catch up and get to know each other better. It was an evening of shared laughter, anecdotes, and a reaffirmation of the strong bonds that define Fleming.
The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with many eager for the next event!
As we reflect on 60 years of Fleming, this anniversary celebration served as a reminder that our success is not just measured in projects completed but in the team of individuals that make up our company.
