William House is a single-storey new build prep school with state of the art facilities including eight new classrooms and breakout spaces.
The building was constructed in timber-frame with a timber larch cladding finish. The roof structure comprised large elements of timber glulam within a carefully designed and constructed mono-pitch roof. Inside this bright and vibrant building, oak was used throughout in the finishings and wall panelling.
This was complemented by the structural glazing system.
