This project delivered a comprehensive refurbishment and reconfiguration of OPD 1 and 2 along with the main the concourse areas within Stirling Community Hospital. Works included full fit out and renewal of all M&E installation, reconfiguration of consultancy rooms, storage areas, reception and waiting areas.
With the OPD remaining operational throughout the project and being a community hospital, there was a high footfall of staff, patients and general public throughout the project duration. This required a great deal of planning and coordination with user groups in order to minimize disturbance and ensure safety for all users.
